Your starting point is an individual goal-setting and fitness assessment session with one of our EXPERIENCED TRAINERS.
The fitness assessment gives you a set of health related fitness benchmark measurements that will be recorded for your confidential file.
This will help gauge your progress and celebrate your successes.
Tailored fitness programs that go the extra mile
If you wish, our trainers can design fitness programs tailored to your specific goals and timeframes.
They will put together a comprehensive and cost-effective plan, combining cardio and strength training with HEALTH & NUTRITION for an 8, 10 or 12 week period.
If you’re working towards a particular event, like a wedding, a birth or even a photo shoot, a CRUNCHTIME program will help you look and feel your best.
Individual personal training
Available in 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions, your workout will be a combination of cardiovascular, strength and important stretch exercises tailored to your needs and goals.
Your trainer will keep you motivated by mixing up related activities and making sure things are interesting and challenging.
Group personal training
You can increase the fun and save $ by sharing the CRUNCHTIME experience with friends or colleagues. Group training is limited to a maximum of three people and each of you will go through a goal-setting process and receive a program tailored to your individual needs.
