NEW TRAINER

Crunchtime have had a strong and inspirational trainer join their team of 3, Kat Connolly. She is a thirty something from Sydney's shores that has been training and motivating clients for the past 4 years. She is passionate about safe fun exercise and delivers a great session! Be sure to welcome her when you see her around the studio.

THE TRANSFORMATIONAL PACKAGE


Crunchtime have introduced a 12 WEEK HEALTH & FITNESS PACKAGE with balanced nutritional and exercise guidelines. The program educates clients on eating clean and optimising fitness and nutrition to reach their goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle toning or just good healthy living for life.
Crunchtime supply the client with recommended eating plans, a recipe book full of quick simple food options, exercise homework to keep progressing while outside of the studio, food diaries and regular appraisals to keep you on track and focused and full trainer support during and out of session times.

GOODBYE LOUISE AND WELCOME UTAKO

Crunchtime has bid a fond farewell to Louise Spindler, who was one of our Massage therapists working with us on Monday and Wednesday nights. She has taken her Massage Therapy mobile and is still available for treatments depending on location. If you are interested in seeing Louise for a treatment she can still be contacted on 0419 322 749.

BEN POON, Health Enhancement Acupuncture, is still with us & is available Tuesday's and Thursday's from 4pm for Acupuncture, Cupping, Ear Candeling, Facial Rejuvination, Moxabustion, Chinese therapeutic massage& Lifestyle and Dietry Advice.

We would like to give a BIG welcome to UTAKO OGIHARA, U Room,  who has brought Beauty & Relaxation Therapies to Crunchtime. She is available on Friday's from 12noon for facials, relaxation massage treatments, brow shaping and mineral masques.

Their treatments compliment a weekly fitness regime by aiding muscle recovery and regeneration. For rehabilitation or just easing a stressful week, call the studio or therapist directly to make a booking 03 9671 3800.

LULULEMON COMMUNITY RUNNING GROUP


LULULEMON Bourke Street and Crunchtime's own Renee started a Community Running Group in March. The group was a great success and has continued on with the intention of running strong through 2010.
Every Tuesday at 7.15am we meet at the Bourke Street store with Simone from Lulu to go for a jog/run around the city. The group will suit all fitness levels and is a great opportunity to socialise and get into running in a supportive environment. Each month the route changes.

CRUNCHTIMES MOTHERS DAY CLASSIC 2010

We had a great Mothers Day on the 9th May with a group of nine runners joining Crunchtimes Team. Our fastest runner had the 8km done in such a time that she finished in 4th place overall in the Womens category- congratulations Nicole!! and a BIG thankyou to everyone who made it such an amazing day.
We will be organizing a group for the Run Melbourne on the 18th July 2010 and there are plenty more runs coming up. You can check them out on our 'in-studio' notice board. Take a look and come get involved for good causes!

RENEE'S ARMY ADVENTURES

Renee is headed off to Sydney from 29th May until the 12th June for an Army course. While she is away Chris, Josh and Kat will be holding down the fort and supplying motivated, safe and supportive fitness and health. Train hard, be healthy and Renee will be back with us before we know it.
