We are well into 2010.

Settled back into our routines, work loads and lifestyles.
This year is already off to a flying start and Crunchtime have some great programs, activities and incentives to get those New Years Resolutions achieved and motivation for fitness inspired!

Crunchtime have TWO PACKAGES for those clients with New Years Resolutions of Weight loss and bringing fitness back into the weekly routine. With focus on finding your balance of fitness and nutrition, your trainers will support you throughout the 12weeks to achieving your specific goals.

ACUPUNCTURE AND MASSAGE

Crunchtime have been joined by two therapists this year offering Acupunture, Chinese Medicine and Massage.

LOUISE SPINDLER, Body Revival Tactile Therapy, is available Monday's and Wednesday's from 4pm for Sports- Pregnancy, Relaxation & Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy.

BEN POON, Health Enhancement Acupuncture, is available Tuesday's, Thursday's and Friday's from 4pm for Acupuncture, Cupping, Ear Candeling, Facial Rejuvination, Moxabustion, Chinese therapeutic massage& Lifestyle and Dietry Advice.

Their treatments compliment a weekly fitness regime by aiding muscle recovery and regeneration. For rehabilitation or just easing a stressful week, call the studio to make a booking 03 9671 3800.

LULULEMON COMMUNITY RUNNING GROUP


LULULEMON Bourke Street and Crunchtime's own Renee are starting a Community Running Group in March. Every Tuesday at 7am we will meet at the Bourke Street store with Simone from Lulu to go for a 45minute run around the city. The group will suit all fitness levels and is a great opportunity to socialise and get into running in a supportive environment. Each month the route will change. CRUNCHTIMES FIELD DAYS

In 2010 Crunchtime are becoming actively involved in the community with Fitness Events and Activities. We are sponsering Fun Runs and participating with trainers and client teams to raise money for charities and create fun and social occassions for everyone to become involved. For the MOTIVATED we have our Facebook Fans page, there is also an information board up in the studio with details and registration forms.

CRUNCHTIMES INHOUSE LIBRARY

We now have a small library of Health, Fitness and Wellbeing litereture available for loan to clients interested on expanding their knowledge and learning about exercise & nutrition. You can review our selection in the reception area of the studio and if you find something of interest borrow it to read and discuss with your trainers.
